1993 Grand Prix Brazil

This race saw the first modern-day use of the pace car in Formula One, after race leader Alain Prost hit the spinning car of Christian Fittipaldi, leaving the track strewn with wreckage. Prost's team-mate Damon Hill therefore lost a big lead, and was passed by Ayrton Senna. The race still saw Damon's first points and podium.
The race saw Alessandro Zanardi's only Formula One World Championship point, and the last time both Lotus cars scored points in a race.
