History:
1977 - Arrows Grand Prix founded.
1978 - Riccardo Patrese scores Arrows first point with sixth at Long Beach; Patrese takes second in Sweden - the team`s best finish to date; Patrese banned for involvement in the accident that killed Ronnie Peterson.
1981 - Patrese takes only pole position to date at Long Beach.
1984 - Arrows switch to BMW Turbo engines.
1987 - Megatron supply engines to Arrows after BMW pulls out.
1989 - Arrows are bought by Wataru Ohashi`s Footwork Corporation, and open new $10 million technical centre in Milton Keynes.
1995 - Jackie Oliver takes control after Footwork pull out.
1996 - Tom Walkinshaw buys controlling interest in team and relocates works, Reigning World Champion Damon Hill signs for team.
1997 - Damon Hill equals team`s best ever finish - 2nd after leading Hungarian Grand Prix.
1998 - Both drivers in the points at Monaco, but the team suffers from lack of power.
1999 - Again, Arrows get in the points but remain at the bottom of the pack.
2000 - Arrows finish seventh in the Constructor`s championship with seven points.
2001 - Arrows finish tenth in the Constructor`s championship with one point (by Jos Verstappen).
